This product is suitable for heat absorption such as PET, PC.PVC blister sheets, etc. It is widely used in blister packaging such as batteries, molds, cosmetic boxes, etc.
Features:
1. With high gloss and good plastic absorption, it is suitable for heat absorption such as PET and PVC plastic sheets;
2. The drying speed is fast and the suitability is strong, which can be used for cardboard, white cardboard and coated paper;
3. This product is water-based, non-flammable, and is used in accordance with the requirements of the European Union
Instruction:
1. Application method is the same as that of ordinary water-based varnish can be in-line and off-line coating.
2. After coating with this varnish, the paper must completely dry then to execute blister process.
3. if silk screen print, please make sure the after varnish paper to be dry enough to avoid sticky.
4. if the paper need double side coating with the varnish, must wait one side complete dry then to coating on another side.
5. the varnish is ready for use, if viscoity to high, suggest to add water or other dilution no more than 10% , over dilute with weaken the blister ability.
